The first African American to complete Artwork sanctioned by NASCAR, University of Alabama, PGA, PBR, with unveilings at The MGM Grand and Monte Carlo of Las Vegas and Chelsea Peers of New York City. Recognized by Civil Rights Icon Ambassador Andrew J. Young, NFL legends Bart Starr, Ozzie Newsome, Ken Stabler, Doug Williams, and University of Alabama legendary Head Football Coach Nick Saban and many others as one of the best in the business.

With no formal training in Art Skipper gives all glory for his Gift and every open door to his Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ. An ex gang member and drug addict transformed by the unparalleled hands of Christ into a Fine Artist with international exposure and respect. Specializing in Oils, Pastels, Acrylic and Pencil, the diversity of mediums have been something special in the studio of Skipper. His style of Super realism in which through thousands of easel hours pay the price of production. Steve also over the years has mastered the Art of Fine Art Reproduction in the forms of the science of Lithography as well as the French method of Gicle'e. He personally supervises each step of the process with a sharp eye and a will to surpass the norm with innovation that produces a style of his own. Going further into the Art of Custom Framing Skipper has mastered the choice and creativity that provides excellent choice for exquisite Moulding and matting that honors his work as he feels his Creator and Collectors are worthy. His hands on methods into the engraving and attachment of nameplates to Original Paintings and Gicle'e Reproduction is second to none. With Collectors worldwide Steve accepts the challenge to continue reaching for all that God requires as he is currently pursuing historical commissions which will touch the world unlike any other Fine Artist ever has.
